Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting us in writing as soon as possible after placing the order. Cancellation requests will only be accepted if the order has not yet been processed, manufactured, customized, packed, or shipped.
2. Customized Jewellery
Orders for customized, personalized, engraved, or specially manufactured jewellery cannot be cancelled once production has started, as these products are made specifically according to the customer's requirements.
3. Cancellation Before Processing
If a cancellation request is received before processing or production begins, the customer may be eligible for a full refund, subject to any applicable payment processing or transaction charges.
4. Cancellation After Processing
If the order has already entered production, packaging, or shipment, cancellation may not be possible. Any refund, if applicable, will be determined based on the stage of processing and costs already incurred.
5. Shipped Orders
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may instead refer to our Return & Exchange Policy, where applicable.
6. Wholesale and Export Orders
For bulk, wholesale, or international export orders, cancellation terms may differ depending on the purchase agreement, production status, shipping arrangements, and payment terms agreed between the buyer and seller.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. International payment and currency-conversion charges, bank charges, or other non-refundable transaction fees may be deducted where applicable.
8. Non-Payment or Delayed Payment
The company reserves the right to cancel an order if the customer fails to make the required payment within the agreed payment period.
9. Company-Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to circumstances such as product availability, inability to fulfill the order, incorrect pricing, regulatory restrictions, payment issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, any eligible refund will be communicated to the customer.
