Returns & Exchange Policy – Jewellery Export

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7–14 days of receiving the product.
• The jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all certificates and tags.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom-made or personalized jewellery
• Engraved items
• Special bulk export orders

3. Damaged or Wrong Item

If the customer receives a damaged or incorrect product, they must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.

4. Return Shipping

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs for international orders.
• The item must be sent through a secure, insured courier service.

5. Refund Process

• After the returned item is inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be made through the original payment method.

6. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed for manufacturing defects only.
• Replacement will be shipped after the returned item is received and verified.

7. Customs & Duties

• Custom duties, taxes, and import charges are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for any customs fees during return shipping.
