2. Pricing

• All prices are quoted in USD or agreed export currency.
• Prices may change without prior notice depending on gold/silver market rates.

3. Payment Terms

• Full payment or agreed advance must be made before shipping.
• Payments can be made through bank transfer, international payment gateways, or other agreed methods.

4. Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only after payment receipt and written confirmation from our company.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped through trusted international couriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
• Delivery times depend on destination country and customs clearance.

6. Customs & Import Duties

Buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import regulations in their country.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or incorrect items, reported within 48 hours of delivery.
